We are hiring a full-time Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our fast-paced law firm. This role focuses on handling multi-line phones, onboarding new clients, and scheduling consultations.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the firm long term. There is room for advancement, and this role is open because our current receptionist was promoted.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct high-volume, multi-line phone calls
- Onboard new clients and collect required information
- Schedule attorney consultations and manage the calendar
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
- Maintain confidentiality with all client and case details
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Customer service experience required
- Property management or hospitality experience a plus
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Professional demeanor with compassion and patience
- Reliable and consistent — this is a true gatekeeper role
Schedule
- In-office only
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Evenings, weekends, and federal holidays off
