Sarah’s Guest House is seeking a compassionate, dependable Evening Support Staff to join our team. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a healthcare hospitality environment that prioritizes comfort, calm, and peace for our guests.

7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
20 hours per week
Role Overview
The Evening House Coordinator provides a warm, steady presence in the home during evening hours, supporting guests as they settle in for the night and ensuring the house runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during brand new evening check-ins (7:00–9:00 PM)
- Offer reassurance, hospitality, and support in a healthcare-focused residential setting
- Maintain awareness of the home and guests from 9:00–11:00 PM
- Ensure the house remains calm, orderly, and well cared for
- Communicate effectively with staff and follow established house protocols
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable working in a healthcare hospitality or residential environment
- Calm, reliable, and attentive
- Able to provide a reassuring presence during evening hours
- Respectful of guest privacy and sensitive to emotional and medical stressors
- Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or residential support is a plus
