Transportations Specialist Position Description

This position is responsible for transportation of Residential Program clients, to include community medical appointments, community non-medical appointments, approved activities, and home visits if work schedule permits. Driver will be accompanied by another staff member at all times, and will not be permitted to be alone with a client during periods of transportation. Will be required to assist with various program tasks, as assigned by supervisor/designee, as time allows or during periods of downtime.

Transportation Specialist Duties:

• Operation of company vehicles (vans)
• Transportation of Residential Program clients
• Function as a Support Staff

Transportation Specialist Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexibility needed)
• 5-day schedule

Transportation Specialist Requirements:

• Must be 21 or older
• Valid PA Driver’s License – Infraction free for 3 years
• Ability to obtain required clearances

Pay: $18.75 - $24.28 per hour
