Staging Manager - Sarah Noel Interiors

Denver, CO | Full-Time | $30–$40/hr

About Us

Sarah Noel Interiors is a Denver-based luxury home staging and interior design firm. We work with sellers, agents, and developers to turn properties into market-ready spaces that sell faster and for more. We're a small team with high standards - every install reflects our brand, and we genuinely care about getting the details right.

We're growing and looking for a Staging Manager who loves keeping things running smoothly and takes real pride in their work.

The Role

This is an operations and execution role rolled into one. You'll manage the full lifecycle of every staging project - from scheduling and inventory prep through install, de-stage, and reset - while keeping our warehouse, systems, and workflows humming behind the scenes.

You've got a strong design eye and even stronger organizational instincts. You're the kind of person who already knows what needs to happen before anyone asks - and it's already handled.

What You'll Own

Staging Operations

  • Manage scheduling and logistics for all installs and de-stages
  • Lead staging days on site - execute the design plan, do a final quality check before photos, and make sure every home looks great before we hand it over
  • Make real-time calls on site when something isn't working; you problem-solve in the moment
  • Keep agents, sellers, and vendors in the loop on timing, access, and any curveballs

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Own inventory accuracy from start to finish: receiving and tagging new pieces, inspecting after every de-stage, flagging damages, tracking down discrepancies
  • Make sure everything is cleaned, repaired when needed, and back where it belongs
  • Keep records clean in our inventory system; generate and verify reports for upcoming stages and de-stages
  • Keep the warehouse organized and staging-ready - always

Fleet & Equipment

  • Oversee truck pack-outs and verify accuracy before vehicles leave the warehouse
  • Make sure trucks are secured, charged, and ready to go for upcoming stages

Operations & Administration

  • Keep day-to-day workflows on track - scheduling, project tracking, internal communications - so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Handle data entry and recordkeeping across our platforms (Airtable, Google Workspace, inventory systems); keep project and client records accurate and current
  • Draft and manage client-facing communications, follow-ups, and scheduling as needed
  • Spot where processes can be tightened and actually do something about it
  • Complete shopping runs for staging furniture, décor, accessories, and supplies; keep receipts organized and log purchases accurately

Flex Responsibilities (Seasonal)

As the business shifts between staging and interior design seasons, this role flexes with it. During busier design periods, you may also take on:

  • Order management for active design projects - tracking vendor orders, confirming lead times, flagging delays
  • Procurement support - placing orders, coordinating with trade vendors, managing purchase documentation
  • Expediting - following up with vendors to keep projects on track and looping in the team on status
  • Sourcing support - product research, pulling samples, and organizing procurement for design presentations

What We're Looking For

  • 4 years of professional staging experience, with a track record of managing projects and operations on your own
  • Seriously organized - you notice what others miss and take pride in doing things right the first time
  • Strong design eye - you know when a room is done and when it isn't, with taste that holds up in the luxury market
  • You own outcomes, not just tasks - if something's off, you fix it
  • Clear, proactive communicator with clients, agents, vendors, and the team
  • Physically up for install days (lifting, loading, time on your feet)
  • Clean driving record; comfortable behind the wheel of a cargo van or box truck
  • Reliable personal vehicle with room to transport staging bins and accessories to and from every de-stage (SUV, truck, or van); mileage reimbursed
  • Background in interior design or a design-adjacent field preferred - event planning, set design, and similar industries are relevant
  • Experience with Airtable, Zapier, Google Suite, Stageforce, Hutch, 17Hats, DesignFiles, or Slack a plus
  • Sophisticated knowledge of the luxury market is a plus

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Every job is scheduled, packed, and executed without the founder having to follow up
  • Inventory is accurate, organized, and ready - no last-minute scrambling before a stage
  • The warehouse stays clean and efficient
  • Clients and agents experience a smooth, professional process from start to finish
  • Nothing falls through the cracks - because you made sure of it

What We Offer

  • $30–$40/hour (DOE)
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling as needed
  • Work that's visible and matters - you'll see your results on MLS listings, in publications, and at open houses all over Colorado
  • Fun, fast-paced environment
