Your Role: What You’ll Do
You’ll be the heartbeat of our agency’s growth. Every day is different, but you can expect to:
- Be the connection
- Build real relationships with clients and prospects
- Make outbound calls & follow up to help people protect what matters
- Learn to provide Auto, Home, Life, Renters & more (no license needed — we’ll help you get one!)
- Drive results
- Set sales goals and REACH them
- Master our sales process and learn skills that will benefit you your entire career
- Identify opportunities to help customers save money and stay protected
- Bring our brand to life
- Represent Iverson State Farm with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
- Support the Team
- Welcome clients into the office and make them feel valued
- Prepare quotes, service client accounts, coordinate follow-ups
- Collaborate daily with a supportive team that wants you to win
Who You Are
- A people person who loves conversation
- Confident, positive, and not afraid to take initiative
- Goal-oriented motivated by growth
- Organized, reliable, and coachable
- Comfortable on social media (bonus if you enjoy creating content!)
- Ready to learn insurance (we’ll cover training licensing)
No insurance experience? Totally fine. If you bring the hustle, we’ll teach you the rest.
