This is a hands-on, guest-focused role for a strong operator who knows how to elevate service, build great teams, and deliver flawless events.
We’re seeking a polished, strategic leader with a background in hotels, catering companies, or contract food service — someone who understands large-scale events, operational excellence, and how to run efficient, profitable operations.
What You’ll Do (Director of Catering Operations)
- Oversee daily catering and event operations across multiple venues.
- Lead, coach, and develop large front-of-house and operations teams.
- Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Manage event logistics, staffing, scheduling, and service flow.
- Track budgets, labor, and inventory to maximize profitability.
- Maintain top-tier standards in service, safety, and cleanliness.
