Sarah Gallagher Studios is a growing volume photography business based in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, with four connected brands: Sarah Gallagher Studios, This One Counts, This One’s A Keeper, and This One Works.
We photograph families, seniors, schools, youth sports leagues, teams, and businesses throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our work combines strong photography, organized systems, thoughtful communication, and a high-touch client experience.
We’re looking for an experienced marketing and communications professional who can step into a flexible, fractional role and help bring consistency, polish, and follow-through to our marketing and sales efforts.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketing, communications, sales, or event professional who wants flexible part-time work with a growing creative business. The right person is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with follow-up, and able to manage multiple priorities.
It is a small but important role for someone who can help turn ideas, inquiries, and campaigns into consistent action.
The role includes:
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Planning and maintaining content across social media, email, website pages, and print materials
- Drafting email campaigns, newsletters, sales outreach, and promotional copy
- Preparing sales support materials, including email scripts, pitch language, follow-up templates, and campaign messaging
- Managing and nurturing leads from schools, sports leagues, organizations, families, and business clients
- Responding to sales inquiries and client communication using approved templates and brand guidance
- Helping maintain a consistent, polished digital presence across all active brands
- Tracking follow-up, campaign activity, and client communication in our systems
A strong fit is someone who has:

This is a remote, flexible role starting at approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to grow as the business grows. Occasional in-person meetings may be helpful but are not required on a regular basis.
This role starts at $25/hour, with the potential for additional bonus opportunities as the role grows and supports new client relationships.
