Location: Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital – Rushville, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hours vary between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50–$18.00/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Biller to join our Revenue Cycle – Billing Office team. If you’re someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and wants to be part of a close knit, mission- driven organization, this is the opportunity for you!
Duties:
- Reconcile patient accounts
- Follow up on insurance claims and unpaid accounts
- Contact insurance companies and use online portals to resolve billing issues
- Support the billing team with administrative tasks
- Help ensure accurate and timely processing of patient billing
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance plans
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team-first attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
