We're Hiring: Advanced Practice Practitioner (FNP or PA)
Location: Rushville Family Practice – Rushville, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45.00–$55.00/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about patient care and ready to become a long-term member of our Culbertson family. Duties:
- Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide direct treatment, prescribe medications, and manage health conditions
- Educate patients and families on preventative care and treatment options
- Conduct screenings, immunizations, and wellness visits
- Collaborate with other providers and float to other clinics as needed
- Maintain compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and federal healthcare regulations
FNP Requirements:
- Master’s degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited NP program
- Certification from ANCC or AANPCB
- Unrestricted Illinois NP license
- Full prescriptive authority and DEA permit
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
PA Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- NCCPA certification
- Unrestricted Illinois PA license
- Full prescriptive authority and DEA permit
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in Family Medicine preferred
