Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in New York, NY, specializing in luxury and new development properties. The position blends in-office collaboration with field and remote work.
You'll support active listings and rentals, run showings, guide clients through the full transaction cycle, and build relationships with buyers, sellers, and industry contacts. You'll stay close to market trends, contribute to marketing and positioning strategy, and learn the new development side of the business from the inside.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings and open houses across Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions with clarity and care
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, co-brokers, and industry professionals
- Support active listings with on-site presence, marketing input, and client follow-up
- Stay informed on NYC market conditions, new development pipelines, and luxury inventory
- Maintain precise communication and follow-through across every client touchpoint
Qualifications
- Active New York real estate license
- Strong sales instincts and a genuine interest in luxury real estate and new development
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you'll be client-facing quickly
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deals without dropping anything
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Familiarity with the NYC luxury market is a strong plus
- Comfortable with digital tools for marketing, CRM, and client management
- Professional presentation and a high personal standard
Compensation
