Complete Activity Assessments, Interest Lists, and Daily Activity Participation logs as
required.
• Complete Activity Plan form for all Trial Days and New Starts within required
timeframes.
• Complete Sharing the Day form for all Trial Days and New Starts within required
timeframes.
• Complete monthly Participant Advisory Council meetings.
• Complete quarterly Participant Accessibility Focus Group meetings.
• Coordinate, plan, and implement activity clubs and daily programs.
• Conduct group discussions and activities.
• Coordinate outings.
• Schedule entertainment.
• Complete monthly activity calendar for posting.
• Complete monthly newsletter.
• Participate in all aspects of hiring, evaluating, and terminating Kitchen Coordinator and
Direct Care staff as requested and/or needed.
• Coordinate and supervise the volunteer program.
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, group discussions, and other relevant
training.
• Assist with the shopping and ordering of supplies and food for center as needed.
• Maintain center décor.
• Follow Standard Precautions at all times.
• Comply with all HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.
