Master's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of related operations and clinical experience; clinical licensure strongly preferred
Clinic Operations & Environment
- Oversee daily operations of the Outpatient Clinic, ensuring a safe, trauma-informed environment aligned with Sanctuary principles.
- Provide operational supervision to therapists, coordinator/case manager and interns to ensure smooth, coordinated clinic operations. Provide back-up support as needed.
- Manage all aspects of client intake and admissions, including scheduling, documentation, and financial processing.
- Maintain communication with referral sources (e.g., county agencies, schools) and coordinate internal/external referrals.
- Track and report enrollment statistics; collaborate with leadership to optimize referrals and admissions.
- Participate in triage meetings to assess client engagement and support case closure decisions.
- Conduct EMR audits and ensure accurate documentation of services, consents, and encounter forms.
- Coordinate with Finance to support billing and maintain rosters for therapy and medication management teams.
- Provide clinical supervision to master's level clinicians, case managers, and interns.
- Ensure evidence-based, trauma-informed care through regular supervision and treatment monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Outpatient Director to address service delivery issues and schedule supervision.
- Co-chair Outpatient Clinical and Leadership meetings.
- Represent the clinic in agency-wide committees and community consortiums.
- Support Sanctuary CORE Team initiatives.
