You’re going to be a key engineer, working closely with researchers, other software engineers and operations to build core functionality into this firm's trading infrastructure and post-trade platforms.

You’ll be able to develop in multiple languages, but most things are built in Python, Java, and C . If you have experience AWS, Kubernetes and SQL, this is a bonus. This an academic environment, so having gone to top school and graduating with GPA above 3.5 will be expected.
There’s plenty of work to do and you’ll be joined by numerous colleagues who have recently joined the business. Everyone is keen to share their ideas to get things done in the best way. It’s a collegiate and collaborative environment where you’ll be encouraged to be the best engineer you can be.
Starting salary will be $180k-225k plus bonuses which can take your total compensation up to $700k.
