Product Manager - Quote to Cash - $180-220k base + equity

Want to influence greenfield development for an AI-enabled ERP SaaS disruptor?

You’ll be coming in as a hands-on Product Manager (no previous PM experience required), with the opportunity to influence roadmap and strategy as you grow. Your focus will be on Quote to Cash (QTC) systems – building features that span quoting, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition. You’ll work directly with developers, engineers, and finance stakeholders to ensure delivery of world-class ERP capabilities.

This year is crucial for the business, where they expect to make significant strides against the larger, slower incumbents. A key part of this will be AI-enabled automation within the QTC workflow, where you’ll help design and deliver features that make complex processes simple and efficient. From Salesforce and Stripe integrations to revenue recognition compliance, there are countless problems to solve and users – from sales to finance teams – to engage with to get the right solutions in place.

There’s somewhat of a blank canvas here. The foundations of the platform are in place, but there’s huge scope to improve integrations and workflows. You’ll spearhead these improvements alongside building net-new capabilities, with plenty of autonomy to do things your way.

In terms of experience, you’ll need a strong background in QTC processes and system integrations – whether that is Salesforce to ERP, Stripe, Zuora, or NetSuite, they’re very flexible. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable reading API documentation, translating requirements into specs, and working closely with devs. Most importantly, you’ll need the mindset to thrive in a startup: adaptable, hands-on, and motivated by ownership.
