Are you a seasoned IT leader ready to take full ownership of IT operations and lead a high-performing team?
You will provide technical leadership and manage daily IT operations, including infrastructure, service desk, and vendor relationships to ensure reliable and secure IT services. You will lead a team of help-desk engineers, prioritize incidents, and manage the IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
As the Subject Matter Expert, you will oversee Microsoft 365, Azure landing zones, SaaS integrations, networking, and cybersecurity. You will coordinate with vendors, manage contracts, and develop operational procedures to maintain smooth IT delivery. You will also participate in audits, vulnerability management, and business continuity planning.
To succeed, you bring over 10 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure operations, advanced skills with Windows/Linux servers, SQL Server, Active Directory/Okta, Microsoft 365, and hands-on Azure infrastructure management. You are proficient in ITSM platforms and excel at managing priorities and teams with clear communication and attention to detail.
