What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Analyst - Private Equity - Up to $120k position at Saragossa?
Would you be interested in delivering white-glove IT support in a fast-paced, high-performing global environment?
You will take ownership of IT service delivery for our San Francisco office while also supporting international locations as required. You will provide hands-on, in-person support, proactively manage all local technology needs, and ensure tickets are logged, owned, and resolved within agreed SLAs.
You will troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues across Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments, manage onboarding, moves, and offboarding globally, and support AV systems and telephony across offices. The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the flexibility to work outside core hours when needed.
You will build strong relationships with regional stakeholders, manage vendors and service delivery, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to global IT projects and take ownership of local initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, basic networking, and remote access technologies such as MFA, VPN, and Citrix. Knowledge of Azure, Intune, AV systems, ITIL, or scripting and automation is beneficial but not essential.
