This team is pioneering agentic AI systems that revolutionize financial operations for major hospital networks.
You will join as a Backend Engineer, designing and maintaining backend tools and APIs in Python and TypeScript that enable AI agents to interact with medical records, payer APIs, and other complex workflows. This hands-on role rewards clean abstractions, reliability, and scalable engineering that directly drive measurable business outcomes across healthcare systems.
You are qualified for this role if you have proven backend expertise in Python and TypeScript/Node.js, building production services at scale in big tech, high-growth startups, or healthcare/fintech environments. Direct experience with Databricks/Snowflake/Palantir Foundry is a bonus.
