The Opportunity
The job in question is one half aiding with managing the day-to-day operations of a busy real estate team. The other half entails helping to maintain a unique and thoughtful customer experience for potential, current and past clients. You'll assist with marketing project management, client relationship development and the creation of new processes to get in touch (and stay in touch) with clients.

The Details
- The position is 9-5/full-time with paid vacation.
- This is not an outside sales position, but making calls will be included on your "to do" list so excellent phone skills a must.
- The position will require you to be a bit savvy with technology and have a comfort with database and transaction management.
- The position will require you be organized and able to manage projects on your own and hit deadlines...while requiring little supervision.
- The position will mean daily direct communication with clients, other Realtors and vendor partners.
Top Job Duties will include:
- Transaction management (requiring organization skills and attention to detail)
- Managing the calendar (requiring attention to detail)
- Managing email (requiring attention to detail, self starter)
- Overseeing day to day operation, assisting with checklists and systems, preparing for appointments - Mainly making sure everything runs smoothly!
