Service Representative (Insurance) — Sara Colangelo Insurance Agency Inc. (Hybrid)
As a Service Representative with Sara Colangelo Insurance Agency Inc., you’ll be the go-to person for customers when they have questions, need changes made to their policies, or are going through the claims process. You’ll help create a positive, reliable experience by answering inquiries clearly, staying organized, and paying attention to the details that matter. You’ll also collaborate with other agency team members to coordinate requests, keep service moving smoothly, and anticipate customer needs. Because we’re a growing agency, there are sales expectations built into the role to help support our growth.

What you’ll do
- Answer customer questions and provide policy information
- Help customers with policy changes, updates, and related requests
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Support sales goals and help drive new opportunities for the agency
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and people skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- A friendly, empathetic approach when customers need support
