3 am – 1 pm with every other weekend rotation; (shift may vary depending on production schedule)
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
- Works as a team with CIP Operators, Sanitation Operators and other cheese plant personnel to complete sanitation tasks.
- Completes & properly documents daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly MSS requirements.
- Concentrated Chemical Handling; including refilling of secondary containers and unloading bulk chemicals.
- Performs all other duties as assigned; to include training with CIP Operator and relief coverage of CIP Operator position.
