- Effectively monitor the shutdown operation of cheese making equipment including but not limited to: Pasteurizers, separators, plate heat exchangers, analyzing equipment and cleaning equipment during the end of run shut down.
- Record and interpret data to make informed decisions and/or recommendations for optimum cheese making conditions.
- Interact with operator, sanitation coordinators and supervisor as well as contract vendors to ensure proper sanitation of the equipment noted above.
- Communicate with operators to minimize down time.
- CIP all circuits as necessary and break down and clean all related equipment as needed to ensure sanitary conditions.
- Re-assemble all equipment prior to start up.
- Perform assigned master sanitation duties.
