We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Relationship Officer (CRO). This role will include frequent communication and interaction with senior-level personnel, Directors, external corporate partners, donors, and private foundations to assist with fundraising objectives.
Qualifications
We are seeking a Relationship Specialist to assist the Chief Relationship Officer (CRO). This role will include frequent communication and interaction with senior-level personnel, Directors, external corporate partners, donors, and private foundations to assist with fundraising objectives. This position will be required to:
- Provide professional internal and external representation for the organization.
- Support the Chief Relationship Officer and the National Partnership Specialist by managing calendars, expenses, meetings, and assisting with events.
- Act as representative of CRO inward and outward-facing relationships and correspondence.
- Create PowerPoint presentations.
- Arrange on- and off-site meetings, events, teleconferencing, appointments & travel for CRO and NPE with supporting materials as needed.
- Ensure that CRO is informed of priorities, deadlines, and challenges.
- Assist potential donors by researching, compiling, and organizing data.
- Independently perform special projects with administrative needs and technical operations.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization.
- Maintain internal and external contacts and donor databases.
- Maintain confidentiality and good judgment in all aspects of company information.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Assist relationship team with donor partnership process and corporate contract administration.
- Attend community, networking, and partner events.
- Research new potential grant opportunities that align with Saprea’s mission.
- Assist relationship team with sponsorships for the annual Saprea fundraising Gala.
- Cultivate donor relationships through consistent follow-up and recognition, i.e. birthdays, gifts, and other important life events.
- Develop relationships with foundations, corporations, and organizations who have the potential to make contributions.
- Enhance efficiency and productivity in fundraising efforts by working and collaborating with the Grant Writer.
- Work closely with Grant Manager to ensure correct and timely application implementing efficient tracking methods.
Educational/Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, or relevant work experience
- Experience in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience working in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- 4 years' experience in community involvement.
- 5 years of experience supporting administrative functions at the executive level.
- Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, flexibility, and work within an environment of frequent interruptions, conflicting priorities, and varying workloads.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal staff and external donors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and email correspondence.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
