The specialist executes sourcing strategies, negotiates supplier agreements, and collaborates with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing initiatives with minimal oversight, including bid development, evaluation, and contract execution.
- Collaborate with Commodity Managers, Legal, and mill stakeholders to implement strategic sourcing plans.
- Negotiate complex supplier agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Support transactional procurement tasks and ERP system processes.
- Monitor supplier performance and participate in formal reviews.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, sustainability, and audit requirements.
- Act as a backup for Commodity Managers when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, logistics, or related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive procurement experience.
- CPSM or CPIM certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
