Pipefitter – Sappi Somerset Mill
Sappi Somerset Mill is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our maintenance team. This role supports the reliability and efficiency of one of the largest and most advanced manufacturing facilities in Maine.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, valves, fittings, and related equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support preventative maintenance efforts
- Support outage and shutdown work as needed
- Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards
- Experience in pipefitting, industrial maintenance, or a related skilled trade preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
