In this role, you will work directly with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers, providing personalized support, product education, and sales assistance. As an Entry Level Sales Associate (Spanish Preferred) (Spanish Required), you will help customers understand available energy solutions, answer questions, complete enrollments, and ensure every customer receives professional and accurate service in their preferred language.
Entry Level Sales Associate (Spanish Preferred) Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales and customer service interactions with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers.
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment process by clearly explaining energy products, pricing options, and available savings opportunities.
- Translate and communicate product information accurately between English and Spanish when needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers while providing excellent service and support.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and service-related inquiries in both English and Spanish.
- Process energy sales enrollments, service requests, payments, or returns as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and accurate follow-up.
- Stay up to date on company products, promotions, and service offerings.
Entry Level Sales Associate (Spanish Preferred) Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both languages.
