Nurse Practitioner (Women's Health) – Part-Time (2-3 Days/Week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a warm, confident, and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our practice 2-3 days per week (with potential for additional hours as we grow). The ideal candidate shares our passion for women's health across the lifespan and has experience or strong interest in menopause care, hormone therapy, and sexual health. Training and mentorship can be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, exams, and ongoing care for women in perimenopause and menopause.
-Evaluate, prescribe, and manage bioidentical hormone therapy (BHT/HRT) and related treatment plans.
-Provide supportive counseling on symptoms, lifestyle interventions, sexual health, and weight management approaches.
-Document care accurately in our EMR (Optimantra)Collaborate with the founding WHNP and other staff members and contribute to a positive, patient-centered practice culture.
Qualifications:
-Current licensure as an NP in Massachusetts (WHNP preferred; Adult/Gero NP or FNP applicants with women’s health experience welcome).
-Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in women’s health, gynecology, hormone therapy, or functional/precision medicine.(Training available for the right candidate.)
-Strong comfort with counseling-based care and meaningful patient interaction.
-Compassionate, non-judgmental, patient-centered communication style.
-Commitment to staying current with evolving menopause and women’s health research.
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time: 2-3 days per week (flexible scheduling options)
Competitive hourly or salaried compensation based on experience
