Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) - Relocation is fine
Must-Haves
15 years of Angular experience
Tech Lead experience with hands-on Angular development.
Background in design and architecture.
Experience with Angular migration projects (e.g., upgrading legacy apps to newer versions).
Deep understanding of:
Angular component lifecycle
RxJS and reactive programming
State management strategies
Modular architecture
Code review and enforcement of best practices
Plusses
Exposure to other technologies (e.g., React, .NET, Node.js).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma), and performance optimization.
