Production Assembler
Pay: $18/hr DOE
Full-Time, 1st Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm
Join a growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail and basic tool knowledge can lead to hands-on training and growth. We are seeking motivated Production Assemblers to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Assemble lighting products and signs using hand tools and machines
Follow tablet-based instructions (images, part counts, tools)
Perform light wiring, crimping, and mechanical tasks
Inspect finished products for quality
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For:
Tech-savvy enough to follow digital instructions
Comfortable using basic tools like screwdrivers
Reliable and able to follow detailed directions
Previous assembly or wiring experience is a plus (not required)
Steady work history preferred
