We are hiring for a Manufacturing Production Manager to lead production, efficiency, quality, and delivery for an established Manufacturer in the East Syracuse, NY area. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production planning and scheduling
- Coaching and developing the team
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety
- Partnering with engineering, supply chain, sales, and operations leadership
Education and Experience:
- 5 years of production/manufacturing leadership
- Strong people leadership, planning, and problem solving skills
- Ability to drive performance on the shop floor
