CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (61830)
HOURS: 8:00am - 5:00pm
PAY RATE: $20-22/hr.
Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with an established organization in Liverpool, NY to find a Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and potential clients
- Interacting with customers via telephone, email, fax, or in person to provide support and information on products or services
- Applying knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of customers and answering inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
- Providing information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to customers.
- Facilitating the negotiation of prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; preparing contracts and submitting orders.
- Fielding customer questions and complaints; ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are provided properly.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred for future advancement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales preferred.
- Customer Service and Sales experience within the Manufacturing Environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skill with an attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.
