Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Rigger to join our team. This is not an entry-level position—candidates must have proven, hands-on experience in rigging operations, specifically with the disassembly and assembly of cranes. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Safely disassemble, assemble, and mobilize various types of cranes
· Perform rigging, signaling, and load control in accordance with industry standards
· Inspect rigging equipment and hardware to ensure safety and compliance
· Coordinate with crane operators, site supervisors, and crew members during lifts
· Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies
· Identify potential hazards and take corrective action
· Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of crane rigging experience
· Demonstrated experience with crane assembly and teardown
· Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, load charts, and lift planning
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
· Current rigging certifications preferred (NCCCO or equivalent is a plus)
· Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
· Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing demanding tasks
· Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
