House Cleaner – Independent Contractor (West Palm Beach & Palm Beach)

About Vassal Cleaning

Vassal Cleaning books premium house cleans in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Lake Clarke Shores and Wellington and sends them to independent cleaners. We are looking for a small group of insured, experienced cleaners who live in or near West Palm Beach to take recurring home cleans close to home. Our customers expect hotel-level detail, so we are selective, and we make it worth your time.

What you can earn

• About $30 to $40 an hour (estimated). Every job is paid as a flat rate, shown to you before you accept, based on the size of the home and the type of clean
• Efficient, thorough cleaners earn toward the top of the range
• Paid after every completed job, usually in your bank within 3 to 4 business days
• You never pay us anything: no sign-up fees, no subscription, no lead costs

What the work looks like

• Mostly recurring cleans (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) in the same homes, plus deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans
• Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: dusting, wiping surfaces and appliance exteriors, scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, making beds and taking out trash
• A written checklist for every home and before-and-after photos in our app, so you always know what the customer expects
• We handle the customer, booking, scheduling, payment and customer service. You focus on the cleaning

Why cleaners work with us

• Steady work close to where you live, in the same homes week after week
• You choose which jobs to take and when you work, and you can turn down any job
• No set schedule and no exclusivity. Keep your own clients
• See exactly how it works before you apply: vassal.llc/handbook

Who we are looking for

• At least 1 year of residential house cleaning experience (homes, not only offices)
• Detail-oriented, reliable and on time. You would be proud to show the after photos
• Respectful and trustworthy in high-end homes and comfortable around pets, whether the customer is home or away
• Responsive by text and clear about your availability

Requirements

• You must already carry a general liability insurance policy. Coverage of at least $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, with Vassal Cleaning LLC added as additional insured before your first job. Applicants without insurance will not move forward
• Your own reliable transportation
• Your own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths and products)
• A smartphone, and able to read English for our booking app (Spanish and Portuguese speakers welcome)
• Two references from past cleaning customers or a cleaning company you have worked with

How to get started

• Apply here and answer the screening questions
• We text you to set up a short call
• Read the handbook, sign our independent contractor agreement and upload your insurance certificate
• Start accepting cleans near you
