Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to all staff members, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including but not limited to financial management, staffing, resident care, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and other department heads to optimize clinical outcomes and achieve operational goals.
- Ensure facility maintenance is managed and sustained
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders within the community.
- Monitor and evaluate facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in budget development and management, optimizing resource allocation to support operational objectives and financial sustainability.
- Overall management of facility, including training for department heads as needed
- Follow and implement Sapphire policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of resident care and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities, including licensure, certification, and survey requirements.
- Attend meetings as required including daily Stand-up and Stand-down meeting

- Bachelor's degree
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license , LNHA
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communications and interpersonal abilities
