Registered Nurse (RN)
Seeking an experienced and talented Supervisor, Registered Nurse for a full-time position. A successful candidate for this position will need to be compassionate and attentive, as well as flexible and able to work well with others.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Nursing Dept staff to ensure high-quality resident care and smooth operations
Ensure Staff follow policies, procedures, protocol
Handle emergencies, including administering medication and performing CPR
Communicate with physicians, therapists, social services, and other professionals to coordinate care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Approach or address all situations professionally and promptly
Assist in activities of daily living
Maintain resident records and ensure accuracy
