Gutter Installer/Helper
We're a small reputable local gutter company based in Marysville, looking for a hardworking and trustworthy individual.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and takes pride in quality work
- Looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual with problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Properly install seamless gutters, downspouts, and related accessories on residential and commercial properties
- Perform occasional repairs and maintenance on existing gutter systems
- Work safely at heights and in various weather conditions
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Motivated to learn through onsite training.
Experience
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Hands-on experience with hand and power tools
- Proven ability to work outdoors in variable and adverse weather conditions while prioritizing personal and team safety.
Compensation:
- Weekly paydays
- Starting at $20/hour for entry-level/no experience
- Commission-based pay for proven experience (percentage)
- Paid time off
