Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies efficiently
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance to callers
- Maintain security by conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access points
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers
- Assist guests with special requests, providing personalized guest services that enhance their stay
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and deliver friendly, attentive customer service at all times
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk roles within a resort or hotel environment
