Job Purpose:
- The House Mom is responsible for creating a supportive and welcoming environment for entertainers, ensuring their comfort and readiness for performances. This role involves managing dressing room operations and providing essential support to performers, contributing to the overall success of the entertainment venue.
Additionally, the House Mom is responsible for supplying and maintaining their own inventory of items used to support entertainers (such as toiletries, sewing kits, snacks, first-aid basics, or beauty supplies). The club does not provide or reimburse for these goods; it is the House Mom’s responsibility to keep these items stocked and available as part of the role.
