Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Euless, TX, for a Venue Manager. The Venue Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth coordination of events and providing seamless guest experiences. Key responsibilities include managing bookings, supervising event setups and tear-downs, coordinating with staff and vendors, and ensuring adherence to budget and safety standards. The Venue Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring successful execution of events.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and staff effectively.
- Expertise in Venue Management and Event Management, with a proven ability to oversee all aspects of event planning and operations.
- Experience in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of event planning to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Problem-solving abilities and time management skills to handle fast-paced environments and unexpected challenges.
- Proficiency in using event management software or related tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
