Overview
We are currently hiring a Brand Ambassador to join our team in San Diego. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on representing a service-based client inside a retail environment.
In this role, you will be engaging directly with customers, providing information about services, and helping guide them through the sign-up process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking to build experience in a customer-facing role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a retail setting in a friendly and professional manner
Educate customers on available services and current offers
Assist customers with setting up new service enrollments
Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information
Stay up to date on current promotions and service details
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Track customer interactions and completed enrollments
Work with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
Pay & Perks
$18–$24/hour base pay (based on experience)

Consistent full-time schedule
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Must have reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
Ability to work full-time with a consistent schedule
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
This is an in-person, retail-based role where you will be interacting directly with customers throughout your shift.
