What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and ensure a positive experience
- Lead, coach, and support team members throughout the shift
- Operate the point-of-sale register and manage daily store operations
- Plan and create engaging merchandise displays
- Restock shelves, deli bar, coolers, and freezers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including trash removal and restroom cleaning
- Handle customer concerns and ensure 5-star service
- Assist with inventory, staff scheduling, and shift coverage
- Oversee janitorial and maintenance teams to meet cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications:

- 1 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (retail, restaurant, or similar preferred)
