As a Shift Lead, you’ll lead a team of associates, ensuring smooth operations across all departments during your shift and delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a smile and ensure a positive experience.
- Lead and support team members throughout the shift.
- Operate the point-of-sale register and manage daily store operations.
- Plan and create engaging merchandise displays.
- Restock shelves, deli bar, coolers, and freezers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including trash removal and restroom cleaning.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure 5-star service.
- Assist with inventory, staff scheduling, and staffing coverage.
- Oversee janitorial and maintenance teams to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications:

- 1 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (retail, restaurant, or similar preferred).
- Customer service experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work efficiently and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
