We'll begin hiring skilled and motivated Diesel Technicians starting August 2025 to help launch and grow our newest service shop Whether you're experienced or just starting your journey, this is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a brand-new team.

As a Diesel Technician in our new Toquerville shop, you'll be the heartbeat of the operation. Your work will ensure our customers stay on the road, while you help shape a strong, high-performing team from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other issues in diesel trucks and trailers.
- Replace and balance tires according to proper safety procedures.
- Complete repairs on starters, brakes, axles, generators, and universal joints.
- Communicate with service writers and customers to explain repair needs.
- Perform emergency roadside service when needed.
- Support and train new technicians as the team grows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Ideal Candidates Have:
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- 1 years of experience in diesel or automotive repair (preferred).
- ASE certifications (preferred but not required).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- A great attitude, reliable work ethic, and customer-focused mindset.
