As an A&W Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and leading your team to deliver fast, high-quality food and exceptional service to our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work side-by-side with your team to create a welcoming, efficient, and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding guest service and food quality.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, even during busy shifts.
- Assist with training, coaching, and providing feedback to team members.
- Oversee food prep, inventory, and cleanliness to ensure all health and safety standards are met.
- Handle cash, close registers, and ensure accurate shift reporting.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Help manage inventory, stock rotation, and product ordering.
- Ensure company policies, safety standards, and procedures are followed.
