Role Overview
We are seeking a Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships to help scale a world-class AI research and engineering organization.

You will partner closely with the founding team to lead global hiring efforts across North America, Europe, and Asia, while also supporting investor engagement and strategic fundraising initiatives.
This role requires a rare combination of elite recruiting capability, strong AI industry understanding, and the executive presence to engage with top researchers, founders, and venture capital partners globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a global hiring strategy aligned with company growth and R&D priorities.
- Lead recruiting for mission-critical AI roles, including foundation model researchers, ML infrastructure engineers, and technical leadership hires.
- Build relationships with top AI labs, universities, open-source communities, and industry networks globally.
- Partner with leadership on employer branding and position the company as a top destination for elite AI talent.
- Build scalable recruiting processes, assessment frameworks, and hiring operations from the ground up.
- Support fundraising and strategic partnership efforts through engagement with VCs, institutional investors, and ecosystem partners.
- Represent the company in investor meetings, industry conferences, and strategic external engagements.
- As the company scales, build and lead a high-performing global recruiting organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of talent acquisition experience within AI, deep tech, or high-growth technology environments.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including foundation models, training infrastructure, alignment, and agentic systems.
- Proven track record recruiting senior AI researchers and engineering talent globally.
- Experience operating in fast-paced startup or hyper-growth environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to engage credibly with venture capital firms, strategic investors, and senior external partners.
- Experience building recruiting systems and processes from scratch.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a frontier AI lab, top-tier technology company, or rapidly scaling startup.
- Existing network across AI research communities, technical leadership circles, and venture capital ecosystems.
- Experience supporting fundraising, executive hiring, or strategic organizational scaling initiatives.
- Strong international hiring experience across major global AI hubs.
