Salesforce Solution Architect - Enterprise Transformation

Our Salesforce COE team drives innovation and operational excellence across Publicis Sapient by transforming and scaling our internal Salesforce ecosystem. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll partner with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders spanning Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to design and deliver scalable solutions that streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and enable smarter business decisions. You'll serve as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on architect, ensuring our internal Salesforce platform evolves in step with our growth and future vision.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of internal stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate organizational goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience improving internal processes and workflows using automation, analytics, and integration.
• Project management experience leading enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives.
• Experience defining and maintaining data governance and system architecture across multiple business units.
• Excellent communication and change management skills to ensure user adoption and alignment across teams.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Experience designing or managing Salesforce platforms at enterprise scale.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or advanced Admin).
• Experience driving internal digital transformation or change management.
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and analytics integration.

This is a MANAGER level opportunity

Pay: $120,000 - $150,000 (Depending on experience)
