We are seeking an experienced SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) Business Analyst to join one of our direct clients in Dallas Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in eCommerce business analysis, Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations, client-facing requirement gathering, and translating business needs into functional solutions. This is a hybrid onsite role requiring 3 4 days/week in office.
Job Description:
Position: SFCC Business Analyst
Location: Dallas Fort Worth, TX (Onsite 3 4 Days/Week)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client-facing requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and process documentation for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations.
- Analyze eCommerce customer journeys, site behavior, conversion funnels, and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities across merchandising, checkout, search, and personalization.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams to validate business solutions and ensure successful SFCC implementations.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and release validation to ensure solutions align with business expectations and project goals.
- Leverage SFCC capabilities including catalog management, promotions, search, integrations, and personalization to recommend process improvements and enhanced customer experiences.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and system workflows clearly and effectively.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Understanding of eCommerce customer journeys, merchandising, checkout flows, and personalization strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting UAT and working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to coordinate between business and technical teams effectively.
