We are seeking a skilled professional picture framer with art gallery experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing design with clients, mitering and constructing picture frames, hand-cutting mats with extreme precision and the highest quality.
Duties:
- Frame artwork using various materials and techniques
- Measure and cut materials to create custom frames
- Handle artwork with care to prevent damage
- Assist in restoration projects
Experience:
- Experience in professional picture framing is essential
- Experience working with precise measurements
- Previous experience in the restoration is a plus
Starting and eventual wage earnings will be based on experience and demonstrated ability and skill in precise, professional-level, quality work.
