Location : Remote

The Junior Delivery Manager EDI supports the successful delivery, coordination, and maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange solutions for clients and internal stakeholders. This role works closely with senior delivery managers, technical teams, and customers to ensure EDI integrations, onboarding, and support activities are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Job Description

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and managing EDI implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations).
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays to senior managers as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding new trading partners, including mapping specifications, connectivity setup, and testing.
  • Support troubleshooting of EDI transactions (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) with technical teams.
  • Track and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution
