Role Summary

We are seeking a mission-driven Marketing Lifecycle Content Manager to help shape how Dragonfly communicates with its patients across email, SMS, social media, and digital campaigns. This role translates Dragonfly’s brand, values, and patient-first philosophy into clear, consistent, and purposeful communications.

You will work at the intersection of storytelling, design, and lifecycle marketing—creating templates in Figma, assembling newsletters and campaign content in Canva, and owning lifecycle flow logic to ensure patients receive relevant, timely communications. Using Alpine IQ, you will monitor engagement and refine lifecycle flows to strengthen retention and patient relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who values brand alignment, structured communication, and long-term relationship building. You will also leverage modern tools, including AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Nano Banana, to support content development and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong brand integrity.

Core Responsibilities Lifecycle Marketing Flow Logic and Ownership

· Own lifecycle marketing flow logic across Alpine IQ and related platforms

· Design, build, and optimize lifecycle flows including:

o New patient onboarding flows

o Post-purchase and retention flows

o Reactivation and win-back flows

o Product launch and campaign lifecycle flows

· Develop segmentation logic to deliver relevant and targeted communications

· Continuously refine lifecycle flows based on engagement and performance data

· Improve patient retention, engagement, and lifetime value

Template Creation and Brand Design Systems

· Create and maintain master marketing templates in Figma

· Develop scalable template systems for email, social media, and campaign content

· Ensure all templates align with Dragonfly’s brand identity and standards

· Continuously improve template usability, clarity, and consistency

Newsletter and Campaign Content Assembly

· Assemble newsletters using Canva and Figma templates

· Format campaign communications using finalized copy, product imagery, and brand assets

· Prepare export-ready campaign visuals for deployment

· Maintain organized and scalable Canva template and asset systems

Social Media and Campaign Asset Creation

· Design social media content aligned with Dragonfly’s brand voice and mission

· Produce campaign assets supporting product launches, promotions, and patient engagement

· Ensure consistency across all patient-facing marketing channels

AI-Assisted Content and Workflow Optimization

· Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, and similar platforms to support:

o Content ideation and development

o Campaign planning and execution

o Workflow efficiency and creative production

· Integrate AI tools responsibly while maintaining brand alignment and quality standards

Required Qualifications

· 3–6 years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing design, or content creation

· Strong proficiency in Figma and Canva

· Strong design portfolio demonstrating marketing and brand work

· Experience using Alpine IQ or similar lifecycle marketing platforms

· Experience owning lifecycle flow logic, segmentation, and campaign flows

· Strong understanding of brand systems, storytelling, and lifecycle communication

· Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, or similar platforms

· Strong organizational, execution, and systems-thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience building lifecycle flows and segmentation logic in Alpine IQ

· Experience designing scalable template systems in Figma

· Experience assembling newsletters and lifecycle campaigns in Canva

· Experience with SMS lifecycle marketing

· Experience working in cannabis, healthcare, or regulated industries

· Experience improving lifecycle engagement, retention, or marketing performance
