The targeted combined range for this position is 116800 - 198600(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. What You’ll Do
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you’ll:
- Support Global Solution Experts in defining operating standards for the SAP Sovereign Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate across global and regional teams to break silos, enhance communication, and align on best practices.
- Contribute to process improvement & standardization by helping refine Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Knowledge Base content.
- Drive scalability and harmonization by ensuring consistent deployment practices across regions.
- Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as service request, incident, problem, change management, and release operations
- 3 years of experience in a DevOps role and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- A strong analytical mindset, team-player spirit, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of enterprise software applications and IT/Cloud operations.
- Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- A high degree of service focus, customer orientation, and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
