Business Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a local, in-person Brand Operations Assistant to help support daily operations across multiple fashion brands.

This role is best for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and good at follow-through. The right person must be able to notice small details, keep tasks organized, communicate clearly, and help make sure things do not fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Help organize daily business tasks and follow-ups
• Support operations across multiple brands
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and appointments
• Organize paperwork, notes, receipts, and task lists
• Communicate with staff, vendors, and service providers
• Update simple spreadsheets, checklists, and trackers
• Help with local errands, pickups, returns, and business tasks
• Assist with hiring support, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up
• Help keep the owner organized and on track

Requirements

• Must be local and able to work in person
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Very organized and able to follow through
• Clear communication skills
• Comfortable using email, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and basic office tools
• Able to handle confidential information
• Admin, retail, office, or operations experience preferred

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
